Package stuck in Paris

Package stuck in Paris since 5/9, called them today and they said it’s a company-wide backlog, wasn’t given a timeframe of when it’ll fly out of paris (which I find to be extreme bs). Letting y’all know in case you’re package is also stuck somewhere

I’m aware that Fidelity doesn’t charge any wire transfer fees, but I recently did a wire transfer to Fidelity from an overseas institution with USD, and the amount which I received was $68 less than the initiated amount. Double-checked with the foreign institution and they confirmed that there weren’t any fees on their side, is it possible that the $68 was charged by JPMorgan which is the intermediary for Fidelity wire transfers?
