Need Help on Failed GCash Cash-in
Good Day,
I need help for a technical concern. Basically, nag cash-in ako kay Gcash sa kiosk in Alabang Town Center. The Cash-in failed and it went to MySukli. Mysukli sent me an OTP however nagsend lang sya ng OTP nung nakaalis na kami. I went to an eTAP kiosk sa DALI dito sa amin nilagay ko yung mobile phone no. and otp and the kiosk doesn't recognize the user. I need help and I am a bit panicking kasi right now I am feeling na natangayan ako ng money. Thank you.
