Can someone help me out with what sets to put on these characters for my lightning team I have Merlin wand, gowther wand, daisy book, Liz book. Merlin and gowther are p6 and daisy and Liz are p4

I’ve built this ice team for taranis and it’s just not working what am I doing wrong?
Merlin and Jericho are p6 while mannie and Clotho are p5 (i also don’t think I have the right engraved set on for mannie in the picture but when I did the raid she has the right one on)
