What do you think? Inspo pic vs results

Inspo pic is last picture, obviously. This is my first time getting lash extensions. I showed her that picture and a couple more similar to it. We talked about it and I explained that I like the look of the darker lash line and spiky lashes. She said she could do that. She said since it was my first time she’d use brown, which I’m happy with the color.

I think I’m mostly happy with them. I wish they were a little spikier. I just worry because some areas of the lash line look so sparse and I feel like clumps of the lashes might fall off really early. Is that what may happen or is there no way of knowing? I can also see and feel a bit of glue on one of my eyes but maybe that’s normal for the first 24 hours too.

She said I had really fine eyelash hairs, and I believe that cause the hair on my head is super fine, so maybe she just did the best she could with what I had. Or maybe my expectations were too high and I should be happy. What do you think? I’m going to the beach in 2 days for a week. I don’t plan to go underwater in the ocean but I do just hope they last for the week at least.

I’m a beginner, any finishing touches I should add?

This is the first full artwork I’ve done on my iPad. I haven’t drawn or painted on paper in a few years, but I never practiced enough to get super good. I’ve always enjoyed it though. I had trouble detailing her sweater. Shading under her hands was an issue too. It took me forever to do her hair and try to get that tear on her face. If you have any advice or finishing touches I should add, I’d love to hear them! Added the photo of Billie for reference.

Apple CarPlay disconnecting

I use apple carplay with a USBc to lightening cable, and it constantly disconnects randomly. Sometimes it’ll fix itself within a minute and be fine, but sometimes I have to unplug my phone and plug it back in. I know it’s a first world problem but it’s just annoying lol. I have a 2025. Is this a common problem or do I need to buy a new cord? It’s just a cord from TJ Maxx that has multiple adapters at the end for different plugs so maybe that’s why. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a car problem before I buy a new cord. Thanks in advance.
