As of the next rerun, Ghelot will be the only unit in the game not receiving any sole-character rerun (no character+wheel, no choose-one-unit banner bs) for more than an entire year. No other character has ever had a rerun dry spell for more than 9 months and yet she'll be going for 13 months by the time the next triple rerun end, and that's not even counting if they would even rerun her then.
As to why BiAV seems to single her out, well, that's for all of you to speculate among yourselves.
