Hey fellow Les Mills instructors!

I have a question regarding pay rates and negotiation. For those of you who have completed Advanced Training, did you notice an actual increase in your hourly / per class rate compared to when you only had your IMT?
Im trying to understand how gym managers typically evaluate pay scales:
- Is Advanced Training recognized as a direct qualification for a higher pay tier or base rate?
- Or is compensation primarily determined by years of teaching experience and class attendance / retention?
Is it strictly a combination of both in your area?
Id love to hear your personal experiences, whether you teach at big box chain gyms, private studios, or independent facilities. Did investing in Advanced Training give you actual leverage to negotiate a raise?

I just finished watching Evil Dead Burn, and while the franchise is known for insane body horror, I don't think anyone caught it worse than poor Thya. She was put through the meat grinder both before and after her possession.

Here is the quick breakdown of the absolute nightmare her body endured:

>!Before she even turned, her death inside that car by Edgar was pure, agonizing torture:!<
>!- Punched in the face and stabbed multiple times with scissors.!<
>!- Hand jammed in the car door, completely severing 4 fingers.!<
>!- Blunt force injuries to her forehead and cheekbone twice by a seat headrest.!<
>!- Officially killed when the headrest was jammed straight through her mouth and neck.!<

>!Phase 2: Post-Deadite (The Corpse Destruction)!<
>!Once the demon took over her corpse, her body was treated like a disposable meat suit:!<
>!- Forced to drink boiling hot, melted candle wax.!<
>!- Thrown down basement stairs, completely snapping her spine.!<
>!- Used her bare, mangled hands to smash through the door.!<
>!- Her broken body forced to cling and slide across the ceiling.!<
>!- Stabbed in the neck with a corkscrew, slicing open her artery.!<
>!- Ingested Grandma Polly's dentures (not an injury, just pure repulsive comedy).!<
