[Hiring] Looking for talented editors to join our creative team
Hey guys,
We're Final Touch, a small editing team based in Germany and we're looking for talented video editors to help us scale and take on more client projects.
All projects are commission-based in the beginning. If things work out long-term, there's also the possibility of a full-time position with a fixed salary.
For transparency, we currently work with multiple commission-based editors as well as two full-time editors with fixed salaries of $2,500/month and $3,000/month.
We always try to match our editors with the clients that fit them best. The more skill and effort a project requires, the better the pay will be. With the right clients, it's definitely possible to earn $5,000+ per month.
We're based in Germany and we try to keep our salaries in line with typical German standards.
Our editors work directly with the creators alongside us in a group chat. This allows for fast communication, clear feedback and a smooth workflow.
We also provide every editor with a professional portfolio completely free of charge. You can choose the design yourself and we'll manage and maintain it for you at no cost.
While we prefer editors who use DaVinci Resolve using other editing software is completely fine as well.
If you have experience editing Minecraft videos and know how to use Flashback, Replay Mod or BBS Mod that's a big plus.
If you have experience with blender and 3d animations that's a big plus.
The most important qualities we're looking for are reliability, good communication, solid editing skills and a willingness to learn and improve.
Please note that some clients may require a sample edit before getting started.
