Did OpenCode switch DeepSeek provider already? Shows weird messages like this
This just happened to me multiple times when working inside Pi agent, DeepSeek harness, and in OpenCode CLI as well. I switched to the official DeepSeek API and everything works fine there.
Maybe they testing new providers? But it seems this one is not good.
Any of you folks experiencing the same?
Is this the solution to DeepSeek raising prices tomorrow?
Thank you, OpenCode! DeepSeek v4 Flash (Free) is just too good.
Used the DeepSeek v4 Flash (Free) model continuously for 5-6 hours before exhausting the limits. But it resets just after 7 hours so gotta get some sleep and come back to it.
Once again, thank you, OpenCode!
EDIT:
By the way, here's OpenCode referral code that gets you and me both $5: https://opencode.ai/go?ref=ESN9SA7S5J
Scoped models reset thinking level when switching via Ctrl+P?
I've set up two scoped models in Cursor:
- DeepSeek V4 Flash: has "max" thinking level
- Grok 4.5: goes up to "high"
I switch between them with Ctrl+P, but every time I switch to DeepSeek, its thinking level resets from "max" back to "high" but Grok stays at "high" (its maximum), which is good.
How can I keep DeepSeek at "max" and Grok at "high" when cycling through different models?
Thanks.
Had no idea that Google AI Pro plan could be used inside OMP
I recently discovered that Google Antigravity models via Google AI Pro plan can be used inside OMP and loving it so far. The Gemini 3.6 Flash model works so much better in OMP than in AGY CLI and limits are decent as well.
I'm using it for simple tasks and it's awesome.
EDIT 1:
Many people mentioned that there are high risks of getting banned for using this. So I will stop using it now, can't risk getting banned. You folks also don't use it, unless we have some confirmation about it.
EDIT 2:
I am very confused now. I think, people were banned initially when they used Antigravity in 3rd party harnesses via proxy. But now it's connected to Pi or OMP via legit oAuth method, so I don't think they'll ban for it.
What say?
Used $934.38 worth of tokens on Cursor $60 plan in 30 days
That's 15x of what I paid. Crazy.
Run Cursor models inside Pi
Found this great extension that helps you run Cursor models inside Pi: https://pi.dev/packages/pi-cursor-sdk
Have been running Composer 2.5 for 3-4 days and have used over 1.5 billion tokens. Works great.
Are first-party models slower for a few days?
It feels like first-party models Grok 4.5 and Composer 2.5 are at least 2x slower in Cursor for the last 2-3 days.
Anyone else feels the same?
Used 1B tokens on Cursor Pro+ plan in 17 days
Used 1,002,549,305 tokens on my Cursor Pro+ ($60/mo) plan in the last 17 days, and I still have ~30% of the monthly usage left.
This the best value-for-money AI subscription right now.
My Chrome extension that makes X (Twitter) cleaner has 159 users now
I created this Chrome extension named Minimal X, initially for myself to make the X (Twitter) experience cleaner and calmer. And then my friend suggested uploading to the Webstore and now it has 159 users.
The extension hide ads, counts, trends, drawers, and other visual clutters.
Apart from sharing once or twice on X, I haven't really done anything so users must be coming from the Webstore search queries.
Do you folks have any tips for appearing even higher in the Webstore search? Or any other advice?
Thanks.
Did you use Kimi K2.7 Code inside Cursor?
Now that the Kimi K2.7 Code model is officially available inside Cursor, did anyone use it? How's the experience?
