What should I ask my FS?
I am 37 (about to turn 38 this month), AMH 18.6pmol last year. Had 2 ER.
First cycle Jan 26- Menopur 337.5 IU, Orgalutran 250 IU from day 7. Double trigger of Ovidrel 250 and Decapeptyl.
10 eggs, 6 mature, 4 embryos, 1 blast (D6) - 4BC. Frozen but wasn’t tested as there were not enough cells in the trophoectoderm
Second cycle April 26 - GonalF 200IU, Pergovaris 150 IU,
Orgalutran 250 from day 7. Double trigger Ovidrel 500 IU, Decapeptyl.
11 eggs, 7 mature, 4 embryos, 1 blast - 4AA.
Doctor suggested a fresh transfer which happened on 09/05.
I am very worried this transfer hasn’t worked. If that is the case, what medications should I try to improve my blast rates so that I can send them for PGT-A? What will improve maturity? I’m also going to chat about sperm DNA fragmentation as my blasts are arresting on Day 3-4 around morula stage. Is doing ICSI an option for me?
