JUST GAVE LEVEL 2 EXAM - SOME IMP TIPS

I just finished my exam and wanted to take a moment to share my experience and some advice while I am getting my pizza packed :)

Overall, I felt that both the AM and PM sessions were at par with each other. I managed to complete each session in about an hour and a half, which gave me enough time to review my answers twice.

Leading up to the exam, I was quite stressed and pulling all nighters to cover the syllabus, but I realised that the last-minute cramming might not be the most effective approach. Instead of reading books and questions randomly at the end, I found it much more helpful to look at the chapter outlines in the Schwezer or CFA books. I spent about two hours the night before just sitting quietly with my eyes closed, visualizing each chapter and formula. If there was something I couldn't remember, I reviewed only those specific parts but did this very late last 2 days -_-

The exam itself felt very similar to the mocks in terms of difficulty. My biggest piece of advice would be to focus on Ethics every single day; I definitely wish I had dedicated more consistent time to that.

WORTH IT GIVE MOCK AGAIN OR JUST REVIEW - IN LEVEL 1 I REVIEWED ONLY BUT I WAS SCORING 80+

CFA OFFICIAL MOCKS -

  1. 68%

  2. 70%

Premium Mocks

  1. 73%

  2. 76.5

  3. 73%

  4. 75 ( I gave this on today scored 87 in first session and 63 in second)

I didnt give it like mock mock just I was bored and made silly mistakes in corp and ethics

now I think I can work on corporate but ethics idk sometimes it goes so good, sometimes it goes so bad. I have made mistake sheet for ethics but still im scared about it now.

SO ANNOYED RN - REPOSTING THIS

Scored 68% in Mock 1. Yesterday gave mock 2 scored 68% and 72%, I was kinda working towards above 80%. To improve my accuracy should I now focus on ethics institute book or just focus on doing portal questions again? I don't plan on solving mock, I can just solve and review it fast but not like a proper mock environment cause 6 days left. rest I am making many silly mistakes - ans was my instinct but I started overthinking and answered wrong ( happened in 5,6 question)

MOCK ANALYSIS - TOPICS THAT ARE NOT TESTED IN MOCKS ( Is Kaplan review better for them or just start doing portal again, with 9 days remaining idk what to study now, I have done everything twice but im still a little stressed with respect to how early and fast I can revise ( possible in a day ?)

Is Kaplan review better for them or just start doing portal again, with 9 days remaining idk what to study now, I have done everything twice but im still a little stressed with respect to how early and fast I can revise - Is whole revision, review possible in a day ? and lets say there are 1200 questions on portal now - I wish I had time to time them again, so so much material is out there idk now what to do, or maybe just keep solving mock and review Kaplan.

I’ve done the CFAI portal twice already, reviewed notes, and I’m still sitting around 68% in mocks with 19 days left for the exam. Idk I dont feel confident as well now and yes I do want to pass, but honestly I was aiming for a much stronger score and I just don’t know what the best move is from here. I was thinking to go to portal again because its they key, but time is less, AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO REVISE ATLEAST HALF A SLLAYBUS IN ONE DAY ? and how - I usually take a lot of time in revising as well so just wanted to how I can strategically improve my score and revise at the same time.
