Help: Ancient Clay Tablets
The first two images each show a clay tablet. The third image shows a tile fragment.
Next of kin was going to toss it out but instead gave it away (and asked us to figure out what it is!). The only extra info we have: it may have been found / excavated in Iran, during a time period when Canada was helping to build dams over there.
Questions: is this cuneiform? if so, can anyone translate? is this a rare thing or a common thing? Info dump please!
