Metro was awful to a person in a wheelchair

i was on blue line train 441 at 6:30 pm and operator tried closing the doors on 3 elderly people at foggy bottom and a person jn a wheelchair. at Farragut west 5 minutes later the same person in a wheelchair got trapped in the largo bound platform elevator doors and would not reopen so I had to force them open only to be yelled at by rude station staff. I am mad at metro for what happened and they need to have nicer station staff and not close any doors on people like that.
