Chromebook says I'm casting - I'm not, and it won't stop.
hey all! confused and in need of some help here. not serious, but it's getting to me.
My chromebook keeps having a pop up in the tab that comes up when you click the time/wifi/battery icon. It says I'm casting to a TV when I am for SURE not casting to a TV. it will also sometimes say I'm casting to my playstation, which I'm also definitely not.
genuinely I don't know how to turn this off. everything I'm finding says to go to casting settings but I can't find it. I don't know what to do.
it's making me anxious to see it, it keeps making me panic that I'm casting my laptop onto my TV(I live with others) when I'm for sure not. I don't know what to do here.
is this due to sharing a network with others and I'm screwed or can I make it stop popping up??
