Any experience with "myeveresttrip.com"?

Just as the title asks. I've tried to look around for some reddit threads regarding them, but nothing came up. Hence, I am inquiring about if anyone has had any experience with them, especially their 12 day Everest Base Camp package.

It runs roughly 200-300 cheaper than competitors, and includes close to all services besides a porter (200 USD more, which I won't be needing), and accomodation in KTM before/after the trek.

The other thing is the lack of a buffer period. This means if the return to KTM/ Ramechhap is cancelled due to weather etc, I will have to pay for accomodation until the next available service is found.

They have marginally less reviews than services such as Nepal Hiking Team, or Ace the Himalaya, names I hear around here often, so I was just inquiring to see if anyone has any experience with them. Thank you kindly!

Accessory Advice - Lost My OEM Accessories, looking for Replacement Advice.

Hello, recently I lost my carrier bag for my Osmo Pocket 3, with practically all my accessories.
Mic 2, Battery Handle, Tripod, 1/4" thread Handle, Case for Pocket 3, WA + ND Filters.

All of these were OEM. However looking at the prices (over $100 AUD for the battery handle, mic 2 overpriced for my use case etc) I feel as if I shouldn't buy the OEM, aiming to save money.

I'd like advice for a few things.

1st. Battery Handle:
I can buy the original, 950mAh battery handle for roughly $100 AUD new. I am looking at alternate options, such as a 5000mAh battery handle which comes with a tripod for about $50 (both from amazon).

Is it safe to use with the difference in mAh? Is the stated mAh trustworthy?

  1. Microphone:

I originally had the Mic 2, as it came in the creator combo. Was great. However it's expensive. Too much for me right now. I was thinking between the Mic Mini 1, and the Mic Mini 2. After some research, there seems to be no marginal difference between the 1/2 in audio quality, battery etc. I can attain a Mini 1 for about $30 AUD for the TX, which is all I need. I vlog, and do talking head. Is it a big difference that I'll (and viewers) will notice from the Mic 2 and the Mini 1?

  1. The Tripod:

I am happy to get any form of tripod, but come across one main issue. They all connect using a 1/4" thread to the camera. The only way I can connect that is with the OEM mini handle which has the 1/4" thread, but I can't find it anywhere. I've heard prolonged use with the battery handle is bad for the camera, but that has the 1/4" thread which I need to connect with the tripod. What can I do here? Just use the battery handle anytime I need tripod?

Thank you. Apologies for the long post.

If you would like the link to the products I'm thinking of in order to see the specifications, let me know. Thanks.

Worth running an A/B/C test? Or choosing one/two to compare?

The title is going to be A/B test between

You Know Too Much, Yet Feel Too Little

and

You Were Never Meant To Know More Than 150 People

Video is about how our phones/ the generation we live in overstimulates the mind, and how Dunbar's number (the relevance to the 150 people) has been strung out to a point where individuals cannot live without stimulus from drama or news.

Thank you.

less than 2% CTR for both. Any advice?

Boredom video is titled

"How Three Forgotten Philosophers Agreed On The Same Thing"
- Video about boredom, why it's the absence of stimulation, and why it's an overlooked, underrated emotion and the root cause of many modern issues. Three philosophers outlook individually, and then linked back together.

and ICON video is titled

"Why Anthony Bourdain Could Never Be Replaced"
- Anthony Bourdain sort of biography, what made him stand out, and why he can't be ever be recreated.

Both are talking head, slow videos, boredom around 10mins, ICON around 15mins.

Thank you!
