Buffie Breakdown in the slides

Sooo, hopefully u have read all the slides and now lets get to my reasonings for these buffies!

No general nerfs and buffs cause he is alr pretty good rn.

Gadgets: The current Out Of Line is FLAWED. Its just an auto-super button, wow so skilled and original yay... So why not rework it and make it reflect his lore as Starr Parks Guard? So I gave him a taser that can be used as anti aggro tool! (The range is 6 tiles, 1.5 tiles wide) The cooldown tho is 18 secs, since its a strong gadget, especially with the buffie shockwave! The second gadget on the other hand is already a good one. So I decided to reward marking multiple enemies by rooting them for different amounts of time!

Star Powers: Both sps are good, so I just gave em buffies. Now I can alr hear u sayin But more range for RT? ARE U CRAZY!?!?! And the answer is no. Its not that OP, since the legs sp is still better. Also no, the buffie only applies to RTs main attack in Merged Form. The Recording Buffie instead aims to punish those who attack his legs by making em reflect damage.

HYPERCHAAARGE: RTs hyper, while broken, is good and creative. Removing it would def send him down in the meta, no matter the changes i do. About the buffie.... is it broken? Yes. Yes it is. and thats ok :D I wanted to make RTs attack in merged form have some sort of split and RTs attack in Split Form can help u get closer to enemies! And hyper duration increased by 2 secs ig
