40/F looking for a friend

It’s me, hi! (USA , east coast)

A lot has happened the last five years. Before Covid started I had hobbies and friends but lockdowns, medical issues, IVF and taking care of a dying parent caused those to slowly slip away.

I work part time remotely while the youngest sleeps and when I’m not running the oldest to some sport I like to play POE2, MtG arena or Marvel Snap if I have any energy at all left, which seems rare these days.

I’m currently receiving treatment for depression/ anxiety via TMS therapy after medication wasn’t cutting it. I’m half way done and I feel a bit better.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey (GLP1) and I’ve lost 100 pounds so far, I don’t watch too much TV but I love food network and I’m currently rewatching the office. I enjoy making crafts and baking.

My husband was diagnosed with epilepsy recently so we’re learning to navigate that.

Full disclosure I’m autistic so I occasionally have trouble communicating clearly. I can be a bit direct sometimes but I’m working on it. Also on that note….if you’re a MAGA supporter, anti abortion or anti vax it’s possible I might not be the friend you’re looking for. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time so I just wanted to mention those things. Just trying to find someone like minded :)

Unfortunately I’m not as clever as some of the other posters but I have a pretty good sense of humor. I like learning new things. The downside is I’m a fixer but I’m getting better at not offering unwanted advice.

If I sound at all interesting please reach out.

PS: I love my husband so please stop with the creepy messages! No, I won’t send you a picture. I’m literally just looking for FRIENDS. Thank you for respecting that.

Husband was almost 8 months out and another one came.

Follow up from this :

He started 500mg of Keppra twice a day at the end of September. All test can back clear (EEG, sleep study, CT & MRI)

The Doctor believed it was the tooth infection he didn’t know he had. Tooth and infection was removed and he felt amazing and he had had a mild UTI. He was doing good on the Keppra. His current Doctor moved out of state so we set an appointment with a new one on May 15th. She says that he can stop the medication but he can’t drive for 6 months so my husband declines because he doesn’t want to not be able to drive.

5/26 11:30 pm 15 minutes after falling asleep he has another seizure. The last two were 3-4 hours after falling asleep.

We call the new Doctor she says it could be the progression of epilepsy and she wants to up his dose from 500 to 750 twice a day. She doesn’t seem worried at all.

To be completely honest he hasn’t really been taking care of himself super well. He takes his medication good but he has been sleeping a little less, drinking more caffeine and hardly any water. He had a UTI a few months ago (second in 8 months) and most recently an ear infection in May and was on antibiotics.

Am stupid to think it could still be from the tooth? Should we run more tests? Any advice is appreciated.
