How to distinguish fibromialgia from menopause

Hi, I watched podcast on menopause and one of the statements is that low estrogen could cause body pain even during perimenopause due to all organs in female body having estrogen receptors and estrogen levels drop after 35ish year old. So my question is if some if my symptoms are caused by low estrogen instead of sluggish liver? I was dealing with fibro and lichen sclerosis that started together when I was 35 (now I am 40(. I had hot flashes and night sweating but those were gone after switching to mm, however lichen/fibro seem to be unchanged. I know i have low estrogen due to blood test I did when diagnosing lichen and doctor said the cause was low estrogen. So could we still face low estrogen symptoms? Or will low estrogen be fixed on mm? Or will our body stop reacting this way to low estrogen or is this science bullshit? Thank you

How to fight Tobacco smell

Hi, I don't smoke but recently I moved to different apartment and I suspect my neighbors smoke. The tobacco smell i believe gets into my apartment via wc ventilation, maybe it is shared with the neighbors. What can I do? It is not like if somebody smokes on my apartment but still I hate the smell and if I can smell it it means toxic particles are also there. Most likely communication woth the neighbors will not help as anyone is free to do whatever they want in their own apartment. Is there a way to prevent this smell leakage? Thank you

Hi dear community, I will have a competition in a month with very strict rules on costumes. I have poledancerka kneepads (i dont jump on my knees, all is safe, just slide on the floor) but those even slim version looks as if my knee is bended. The competition orgs advise queen pole wear lips kneepads as one of recommended stage-comlliant ones. I only need kneepads for sliding but 'lips' shape does not really resonate with my choreo concept so maybe someone here can recommend something very slim and invisible. this will be my 2nd competition ever (or stage) so I don't really know what people usually wear, at my last comp *which was pso* higher levels didn't wear any kneepads, lower levels wore kneepads but there was no strict rule on costumes so I believe part of participants wore something they usually train in. I don't want to loose points over costume 🙈but if I dont wear anything I will not be able to slide with my knees , they always stuck . Thank you in advance
