Is starbucks ginger shot potent?

When on vacation I dont have a juicer to juice ginger, Starbucks in Europe offers ginger shot from apple juice, ginger 11% and lemon juice (only 3 ingredients listed) but I am not sure it helps immune system as it is not really 'fresh'. What do u think? Is there any sense to buy it daily?

How do you take your thyrkid medication in the morning? Before cj or after?

As MM says ch is best on empty stomach so I took my medications 20 min after cj however I started doubting it 🙈 as thyroid stuff also should be taken on empty stomach

How recovery from root scaling/planing look like?

Hi, I have 3 appointments coming for root scaling (first time) each 2 weeks apart, what should I expect? Doctor didnt say anything other then brush/floss. Will I need liquid foods afterwards? Is this done with anesthesia? Do I need a sick leave for such procedure? Will my gums get better or can they get worse instead?

Thank you

How bad is this? What do i do now

I had my first pocket measurements today, I am 40F, now I know my back teeth have pockets 4,5 and 6mm (pocket measurements were awful for those) they are orange and red respectively. I am new to this , can anyone tell me what do I do next? Doctor says next step is root planning an scaling and I would need procedures every 2 weeks. Is that so? Are there alternatives? Thank you

Do i need a retainer already or not yet?

I have recession on lower teeth, I did the cleaning 2 weeks ago and next steps are pocket measurements and root planing/scaling (according to perio doctor). The recession is big on one tooth only (on photo it is left to central ones) it is visible 3..4 mm of naked root and painful on any foods. On inner side it is 3mm for all front 4 teeth. There is some bone loss but also my teeth roots are not long from what I see. One doctor says I should not do anything, second says I need a gum graft and thinks my bone is stable, the third doctor says I need a retainer on inner side of lower teeth from one canine to the other one to not let teeth to move outwards (they are positioned already outwards). She also says my recession is caused by wrong bite and suggests ortho thingy (but from i reddit i see people get recession or worse recession after ortho). So my question is - do I need a retainer already? I have appointment in 2 days and I am scared.

I am not smoker, eat healthy, chew xylitol and still at 40yo I have this issue which progressed over last 8 years

Low flow tricks inspiration source

Hi, I want to level up my low flow skills and learn some advanced tricks without climbing the pole. Does anyone know a good instagram account where such low flow tricks could be found? Or youtube channel? By low flow I mean nothing higher than my height. Till now I only did dancing part of pole dance (pole heels) but I also want to learn some tricks to make my choreos rich in movements (I can do headstand and handstand with leg waves, so I need something more advanced though).Thank you in advance.

Could someone explain ammonia permeability impact on teeth please

One thing I don't understand is how exactly ammonia permeability impacts teeth and bones. I am someone with periodontal disease and I can not say I have a lot of cavities, no, by 40yo I have maybe 2 fillings which is not a lot. But my whole lower jaw teeth have very receded gums. Maybe I get it wrong but my understanding is that mm says it is ammonia destroying teeth and bones at night. If so, why is it only lower jaw? Why not both? Why as a gas it does not destroy bones closer to gut rot?Why so many people with periodontal disease have it mainly on lower jaw. I truly feel like lower jaw is only different from upper one in a way lower teeth touch saliva all the time while upper teeth not and to me it looks like saliva's content (from whatever we eat) impacts lower teeth the most.

40 seconds cut from competition video

2 days ago I participated in major Ukrainian competition Shabash June 27th. This is my second competition (first was PSO Austria 3 months ago with exactly same choreo).

My category is advanced begginer (overall there were beginners, advanced beginners, amateurs, semi pro, pro, and elite). This competition required video entry to guarantee everyone competes in a valid category.

I didn't place but I am very happy with this experience as I am 40 and PSO 3 months ago was my first stage experience in my life.

I want to inspire women who started after 30yo and with no prior sport background that you can do it and literally everything is possible 💖

Please recommend stage makeup brands for eyes

Anything like shadow ,glitter. Something that would be visible ob stage both from audience and when watching on video. I used once black shadows from Maybelline (normal) and they were not visible at all, at the same time lipstick super stay was super visible. So I need super visible but not ugly

Thank you in advance.

Ear pain

I found posts here on reddit that ear pain could be healing reaction. I entered my 14th month on mm and had healing reactions: ear itching, leg pain, bloating, stomach pain, skin peeling off head etc. Now I have ear pain but its been 1 month and I am not sure anymore. All other symptoms were symmetrical (leg pain was in both legs etc) and this one is only on one side. Could it be coming from wisdom teeth (it is visible on x ray but not yet in mouth)? Could it be face nerve or other nerve pain radiating into ear? So basically Could it be something worth checking instead of hoping that CJ fixes it? I saw otholaringolost today after month of pain and he said my ear is fine and problem must be somewhere else 🥶

How to distinguish fibromialgia from menopause

Hi, I watched podcast on menopause and one of the statements is that low estrogen could cause body pain even during perimenopause due to all organs in female body having estrogen receptors and estrogen levels drop after 35ish year old. So my question is if some if my symptoms are caused by low estrogen instead of sluggish liver? I was dealing with fibro and lichen sclerosis that started together when I was 35 (now I am 40(. I had hot flashes and night sweating but those were gone after switching to mm, however lichen/fibro seem to be unchanged. I know i have low estrogen due to blood test I did when diagnosing lichen and doctor said the cause was low estrogen. So could we still face low estrogen symptoms? Or will low estrogen be fixed on mm? Or will our body stop reacting this way to low estrogen or is this science bullshit? Thank you

How to fight Tobacco smell

Hi, I don't smoke but recently I moved to different apartment and I suspect my neighbors smoke. The tobacco smell i believe gets into my apartment via wc ventilation, maybe it is shared with the neighbors. What can I do? It is not like if somebody smokes on my apartment but still I hate the smell and if I can smell it it means toxic particles are also there. Most likely communication woth the neighbors will not help as anyone is free to do whatever they want in their own apartment. Is there a way to prevent this smell leakage? Thank you

Hi dear community, I will have a competition in a month with very strict rules on costumes. I have poledancerka kneepads (i dont jump on my knees, all is safe, just slide on the floor) but those even slim version looks as if my knee is bended. The competition orgs advise queen pole wear lips kneepads as one of recommended stage-comlliant ones. I only need kneepads for sliding but 'lips' shape does not really resonate with my choreo concept so maybe someone here can recommend something very slim and invisible. this will be my 2nd competition ever (or stage) so I don't really know what people usually wear, at my last comp *which was pso* higher levels didn't wear any kneepads, lower levels wore kneepads but there was no strict rule on costumes so I believe part of participants wore something they usually train in. I don't want to loose points over costume 🙈but if I dont wear anything I will not be able to slide with my knees , they always stuck . Thank you in advance
