Why is this happening to me?
Accepted this order then drove about halfway to the store then it was canceled. I thought the customer canceled it . Opened the app and it said “you canceled” wtf? I didnt touch anything on it while driving let alone cancel the order.
Called support, they confirmed on their end that it was cancelled by the customer and not me. Sent them a screenshot of my app and they now acknowledge that it said i cancelled which is incorrect. They say they gonna document this or whatever the fuk they always do and follow up with me after investigation. I told them that this also raised my cancellation rate even though its not my fault and ofc they dont give a fuk by saying nothing they can do about the rate…..
This fuk ass app is outta control
