How common is hypersexuality when on SSRI's

Ive been off and on lexapro for the last five years for major depressive disorder and one of the odd side effects i notice when im on it, especially in the first week of consistently taking it is what i can only describe as hypersexuality. I feel intense arousal and compulsion to masturbate or other things (im single so i dont have a partner to express these feelings with.) The feeling stays as lon as im on it but they tend to mellow out after a month or so. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?
