I (24F) recently started dating someone, for just over a month now, and we've seen each other a dozen or so times. I’ve met his flatmates and friends and it’s going really well. He’s very kind and affectionate. Sometimes though the conversation feels a bit awkward and that I need to come up with the next topic if it slows down. I haven’t dated anyone in a few years so I’ve been out of the game a while. Is this a normal part of dating?
