I have been in the animation industry for the past 4 years. Currently I've got some money coming my way through a friend (About $100k ~ 1 Cr INR). We both want to invest it in making an animation company. This is all the money that we can afford right now and I was thinking what will be the best way to approach this whole thing? Like do we focus on making IP (like making a pilot) and then going to investors/ producers? Or taking up service projects? We can't make a full-fledged physical office with 20-30 employees, so we'll need to do it through either remote or freelance work.
