Either coast is fine. Need a beach resort, preferable with condos (need kitchen, living area, 2+ bedrooms). We have a 2yo, so want a great splash pad area to occupy him. No budget.

We recently had a screen room built attaching to the back of our house. We live in Florida. It's really a screen cage, with a solid roof. We've had several leaks in different areas where it attaches to the house. They don't do flashing (as per the company).
After the roof was put on, the company said they like to wait a few weeks to make sure it's not leaking, before they do the shingling. We waited, a few leaks happened and were 'fixed'. A couple didn't leak again, 2 did. They then shingled when we had no leaks for a few weeks.
We were concerned from the beginning about there not being any flashing, and it just keeps leaking and they keep "fixing" the different spots. Every rain storms brings a new leak in a different area.
Any advice what to say to them? What I can do?

Is there a good brand of spaghetti strap/tank tops?
I live in Florida, have a casual lifestyle, and am outside a lot of the day. I do not like the stretchy style tops that cling to the body. Too hot for me.
I end up wearing jean shorts and tanks I got from Shein most days, but feel like I could look better with better made clothes.
