My android handheld (rp6) has been fantastic in about every way with the very notable exception of the docked experience.

There seems to be no intuitive way to bind the android back/home buttons to an external controller, making actual UI navigation almost impossible. Vmouse works technically but it's super slow, inconsistent and janky to operate.

The emulation apps also struggle to support multiple controller profiles simultaneously and I seem to have to manually switch any time I want to use an external controller. Some apps let multiple inputs be bound which somewhat works but again it's inconsistent and sometimes will fail or reset.

I would describe it as effectively unusable. By comparison, my steam deck is almost frictionless to switch between docked and handheld. Am I missing something here, or is that just the state of android at the moment?
