ACBuy package hasn’t updated since May 27 — should I be worried?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some opinions from people who have experience with ACBuy shipping.
My package’s last tracking update was:
“Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination)” on May 27, 2026.
Since then, there have been absolutely no updates. It’s now been almost a month without any movement in the tracking history.
I’ve contacted support, but I haven’t received any useful information yet. The package supposedly arrived in the destination country, but nothing has changed since that last scan.
Has anyone experienced something similar with ACBuy or this shipping line?
Did your package eventually arrive?
How long did it take after the “Aircraft Arrival” status?
Is this normal customs delay, or should I start worrying that it’s lost?
