im verified and when i type in chat below my message it says: your chat settings prevent you from sending and recieving messages

i have checked and i do have all chats enabled in settings for in game and stuff. Any ideas why this happens

I havent played since before the malware steam thing happened. I uninstalled the game beforee i launched it so i was unaffected. If i want to play again do i need to unsubsricbe from all my mods or are they fine? i think a few were affected
