Help for a black screen after boot up on a Windows 11 gaming pc

Hi, I write this to ask you help about the following problem. I recently bought a second hand gaming pc. I installed discord, Spotify and a few free games to play with my friends, everything was running good for the last two weeks. Last week-end, I wanted to install Office Writer to do school work, I go to their official website and install it, the pc then tells it needs to restart in order to setup the software. I click okay, watch a bit; the installation goes fast and is at 30%, I leave the pc on and go to my occupations, 10 minutes later I come to check the pc and the installation is stil at 30%, and in front of my eyes the screen goes black. I wait to see if it comes back, but it doesnt, I panick and turn off the pc by pressing the button, I press the button again to turn it on thinking the problem would go away and that my pc would just warn me about turning it off like so.

But no, the monitor shows a black screen with "no signal" written while the pc seems to run fine, the rgb, fans, componants (no red light on the motherboard) all boot up correctly.

I tried everything, I checked the rams, the graphics card, the processor, by checking if they were correctly installed. I removed them, cleaned them and reinstalled them on the motherboard. I checked the hdmi cable and ports as well as the monitor by switching to other ones. I tried to reset the motherboard by manually removing the bios, I tried entering safe mode by pressing F8 or Ctrl+Windows+Shift+B, which didnt work. Nothing worked.

I am desperate, this simple problem turns out to be out of my hand, this pc caused me already enough headhaches and cost me already enough money so I'm looking for a solution that doesnt involve buying anything new.

Thanks in advance.
