Hello guys! I am a 21 year old female and I have been taking phentermine 37.5 since january and lost about 15 pounds on it. I hit a plateau recently and haven't lost anymore weight on it and my doctor just prescribed me topiramate 50mg as an addition to the phentermine to take at night. Has anyone else done this combination, and how has it worked for you? I really would love to hear your stories. Please let me know!

hello! i have been taking phentermine 37.5mg since september of 2025 and have dropped down from 170 lbs to 150 lbs. i havent lost any weight on it since april but have been maintaining it and my doctor is saying i hit a plateau, and is now prescribing metformin 500mg to take along with phentermine to meet my goal weight of 140. has anyone been prescribed metformin after a plateau and has it been successful in losing more weight?
