I have scrubbed the heck out of this thing with steel wool and rubbed down with oil for a solid 30 minutes now. The white color does not go away and the pan surface is a bit uneven. Photo was taken just after a coat of oil. Any advice would be very awesome!!
Hey guys. Company I work for recently bought another company. Right now I am trying to look into absorbing the smaller (25 users) company into our main tenant. I attempted to use the built-in Google Workspace Migrate tool, however, this only transferred emails.
I am currently trying to find a solution that will copy over not just emails, but any of the other main app data. In this case, I also need to have it copy over their calendar, Drive, and Photos. I am really trying to avoid manually assisting each user with copying files over from one account to another.
Does anyone know of any tool I can use to help me with this?
Hey guys. Got a weird issue where some users complain at completely random times about their streams either skipping or just stopping outright. I know it's not a bandwidth issue, I've come to suspect it's due to transcoding.
I do have a Quadro P2000. The LXC has 4GB of RAM, 4 CPU cores (Xeon W-2145), and 100GB of SSD storage for the install/transcoding cache.
I am running Jellyfin 10.11.6 via an unprivileged Proxmox LXC. I can confirm the GPU is passed through correctly. My enabled decoding formats are:
I also have Enable Enhanced NVDEC decoder, and allow hardware encoding via HEVC. As far as I can gather, this is what Nvidia supports with that GPU. Here is a link to a transcoding log that resulted in stuttering. I was completely unable to see a problem:
For the record, I AM proxying this through a VPS with 2 cores and 2GB of RAM. I don't think this is the cause though.

Hey everyone. Figured I'd share this one.
I'd been on Levothyroxine since November 2024. The starting dose they put me on was 50mcg, and this never changed. I got on it originally due to having some heart palpitations. They tested my TSH, which was at a 5.9. However, I gradually started to get weird symptoms that just got worse and worse. Such as getting hot flashes, sweating, anxiety, headaches, trouble sleeping, etc. I couldn't take it anymore so I quit taking the Levothyroxine back in March of this year.
I recently got a full panel done after around 3 months of quitting. While my TSH was still on the higher end, it looks like that may just be how I am?
TSH: 4.81
Free T4: 1.02
Free T3: 3.11
So my doctor said I am free to quit and they won't be prescribing me anymore. I suppose this is good news! As far as my original reason for going in (palpitations), I ended up seeing a cardiologist. Turns out random heart flutters happen to everyone, but a few people can feel the flutter a lot more than others, I am one of those. I even wore a heart monitor for a week, came back 100% clear.
