They're not in any specific order of preference. I need help eliminating but I'm running out of criteria, or maybe there's something you might want to share with me that could help me eliminate more?

A little bit about me, I work in health care on the clinical side. Hospital is willing to pay for MBA as a check the box thing to eventually transition to an admin job.

I’m a PGY2 and went into medicine wanting to do hospital medicine. I’m still a little optimistic that there’s future on this field despite the rise of AI. However, my attendings have a bleak outlook and is encouraging me to apply for procedural fellowships as they are “safer” in the future. Most of them are on the belief that the “thinking” specialties are gonna be taken over by mid levels backed by AI therefore they “feel bad” for us.

Honestly, they’re making me think twice about my career goals given that they do what I want to do. I don’t wanna do further training and I know my heart is not in it BUT I’m starting to have doubts because of these statements therefore I’m starting to prepare my CV for next fellowship cycle and I’m picking up more scholarly work 😭😭

I was gonna post how happy I am that I gave Tales of Arise a chance after chugging through Calaglia (I was so bored on that act) because I’m now having such a blast (just got to Mahag Saar) that I just dropped money on costumes. Then the first thing I saw on this thread is how the game goes down hill on the second half 😭😭😭. Shoulda went to this sub before dropping all that money on skins.

I’m gonna finish up course requirement with Danko, do I really need the live review? Feels like I can go without and the classes are enough but I don’t want to regret it.
