Since when is it a requirement to have two hour minimum turned on in your profile in order to use it? Afaik you just have to mention it in either your pitch for a specific category ?

Like when a client cancels a task where work has been completed already , TR interferes/penalizes you for trying to recoup the funds from the client? Possibly a bad example. Many other scenarios, why haven't they been successfully sued?
