Has anyone ever experienced like a painful, cramp like zing when they orgasm after getting the copper IUD?
I’ve had it for 11 days, I’m on the last days of my period. I don’t have painful cramps from insertion anymore.
I had sex on day 4 & the orgasm felt normal. Today & a couple days before I used a vibrator & during the orgasm I had like a zinging pain. Thoughts on how to make it stop? I read that it can take up to 3 months.

I got my IUD inserted this morning. It was actually for emergency contraceptive. I just got the numbing spray & took 800mg of Ibuprofen before my appointment. The process itself only took about 3 minutes & definitely felt like a small punch to the gut with each step, but wasn’t as bad as I expected. I’m cramping, but nothing unbearable. I’m hoping the next few months will go smoothly.
So, I am 28 now & at the age of 16 I began to smell different. I’ve been to numerous doctors & I just feel like they don’t listen. My tests for BV, yeast, & STDs always come back negative. I know my body though & the only thing that makes the smell change is Boric Acid, but shortly after stopping the suppositories it comes back. Ive tried probiotics, lactobacilli, and I do not wash with anything scented. It’s not pungent, I don’t have smelly discharge. It’s just if I touch that area and smell my hand, it’s not good. Even freshly out of the shower it’s there. I don’t expect to smell like roses, but it is a problem I’ve struggled with for so long.
I made a wellness exam appointment & I just don’t know what to say that would help me.
Edit: I also got an evvy test because it’ll I was reading into ureaplasma & it sounds like that could be it. I get chronic utis as well as

What are you guys studying for the 2026 version of the KAPLAN? I purchased boost prep & have been going through that as much as I can. I know the test has had some changes since last year.
