CHEM 237 Final with Samantha Robinson

Hi everyone,

I’m taking CHEM 237 with Samantha Robinson and I’m trying to figure out the best way to prepare for the cumulative final.

  • Do every old exam from start to finish
  • Focus on the most recent exams
  • Review lecture slides and then do practice exams
  • Spend more time on worksheets instead

For people who have taken Robinson before, how similar was the final to the practice exams and previous midterms? Did you find that repeatedly doing old exams was the best use of your time or the worksheet, or was there something else that helped more?

Chem 237 Samantha Robinson Final

I’m in Robinson’s class right now and starting to study for the final, but I honestly feel overwhelmed with all the material. For people who have taken her class before (or are in it now), what helped you the most?

Did you focus more on:

  • lecture notes
  • homework problems
  • practice exams
  • textbook problems
  • conceptual understanding vs memorization

Also, how similar was the final to the midterms? Were there any topics you wish you spent more time on?

Trying to study efficiently, so any advice or study strategies would really help. Thanks!
