Is sony rx100 iii worth it?

I just want it for casual photography primarily on holiday at the moment, so monstly to take pictures of scenery and people, videoing isn't my topic priority but iy would be nice ifiy has the capabilities even if thr quality is bad.

I'm currently in the UK and a second hand one is priced at around £400. (I'm also seeing 7s priced the same on etsy idk how much i should trust that though）I don't really want to spend more than £4.200 on one, idk if that's realistic.

I came upon this camera because I was looking for evf, a pop out screen and pop up flash, which is negotiable but i would like it.

Is this camera exactly what I'm looking for or are there any alternatives I haven't heard for for around £200-£250?

I've taken a look but can't seem to find anything for this issue. I currently have 11 games in my games folder but only 6 of them actually show up. However Ryujinx says that there are 12/12 games loaded.
