Advice for soon to be tegu parents

Hey all! My boyfriend and I recently bought a tegu through a reptile rescue in our area. Adult red female no known health issues, not the most friendly, just came in from someone who could no longer give suitable care. We get her hopefully within the next month- we have enclosure figured out but what are some things you wish you knew and could help first time owners, favorite resources etc. We have owned just about every reptile under the sun excluding anything XL! ( ball python, almost every type of gecko, beardies, uromastyx, whites tree frogs) but just bought a house and have the space for something big! Pic of the girl for tax, name needed!

what would you do?

hey yall, my kids 4x2x2 is coming tomorrow and it’s a much needed upgrade. I got her in january- she is 3 years old and she was in a 20 gal from the lady I got her from. I had a 40 already set up because I had no clue about what size/age she would be- she is massive!! Anyways I am moving in less than a month, is it worth it to set up and move or keep her in the 40 for 2.5 more weeks? How do pvc hold up with traveling? I would have to move it up and down stairs. Plus stress on her, moving tanks then homes, Should I just do it all at once?

Absolutely obsessed with the look of rubber boas but they are illegal in my state, anything similar that is generally legal?
