I'm trying to do a direct rollover to new employer and rolling out ADP but having issues obtaining proof. My new employer is asking for a distribution statement showing the amount of pre-tax/roth contribution but I can't find it anywhere on their website. I mailed in the quarterly statement but they won't accept it. Tried calling ADP over 10 times but can't get to any human.. My old employer is even more useless.

Has anyone done a distribution from ADP 401K and how did you obtain all the necessary documents?

I work in IT and the amount of people that cannot even do simple troubleshooting is astronomical. I'm not in helpdesk and I support an internal application as a tier 2 contact. The people that use my application makes 150k+ and jesus christ they are so helpless. Just some things that happened recently that ticked me off.

Them: "My application is not working for a few days now"

Me: "Have you try restarting your device?"

Them: "No"

Them: "I'm getting a web connection error"

Me: "Can you please try closing and reopening in another tab"

Them: "oh that works"

Them: "my application table is coming up blank"

Me: "Can you try clearing your table filters"

App table magically populated

Them: "i need application access"

Me: "please request Role_A"

1 week later

them: "please help, the role req was rejected"

me: "can you show me what it say and why it was rejected"

them: *screenshot of them requesting a different role and a description saying that need to submit the correct role🤦‍♀️

Me: "wrong role, please submit for Role_A"

Those were just a few but my god the amount of people that message us everytime the app is slightly slower than usual like m'aam I can't control your internet. I know the job market is rough right now so getting pings from these people makes me feel like they're stealing a spot from someone who actually deserves it.
