won't let me login
So basically for years I have my main account, I don't have phone number or my own phone, i basically use it on incognito on my laptop. And now suddenly its showing me this? And yesterday I created a NEW account literally on this device, and I tried everything from reset my password to using instagram login email links but i just says "invalid link" and It's showing the same thing for this. I literally have to talk to smb important what is this, its stressing me out?? I tried everything. Also note i dont have an alternative device. I NEED NEED THE ACCOUNTS.
