Anyone work for/with a startup in refrigeration/HVAC?

Hey guys, I’m not a service technician. Quite the opposite actually, I just stepped into a strategy role for a company that utilizes a lot of service techs for hvac and/or refrigeration. In my job we commonly discuss the ongoing shortage of techs, and how to solve this. I am very into entrepreneurship and start ups.

To address my question; has anyone worked with/for a start up and how has their product impacted your work flows? What problem did it solve? If not, what realistic problems do you wish someone could come in and solve?

I will preface this with I know Lizards are widely regarded as perhaps the worst faction in the game. My group is fairly new to root, we usually play at a table of 5 and have played 7 games total in the last 3 days with the Riverfolk expansion.

As Otters I will set the prices at 3-4 for cards, always at 4 for mercs, and 2-4 for boats. My lizard friend buys from me and avoids me like the plague. This makes me have a hard time hunting him down and policing him. Even when I do try and police him I feel like I am only making him stronger by giving him more acolytes and losing my own units in the process, which he will then just use to sanctify other peoples buildings.

I tried to hammer down on everyone else and almost just entirely ignore him and kind of eliminated the VB and Marquise in my last game, destroying about 8 buildings in the process. With a couple aids from the VB (he was allied by the end) he still swept. Any thoughts? I’m not really an Otters player, i tend to like Woodland Alliance more

Anything helps! Thanks. I will be interning 40 hrs/wk and taking 2 other classes at the same time. Is this feasible or am I going to hate my life? Willing to put in the hours.

Edit: I am a finance & quant econ major. Doing a corp strategy internship this summer. Will be taking a writing intensive & calc over summer.
