Repost again out of nowhere my car been making this weird noise but only from one RPM to three RPM and only from 0 to 15 miles then it goes away and it happens when I’m in reverse too if anybody can at least give a thought that would be much appreciated Honda accord 2.0t 2018 10 speed

For the first time my car at a red light jerked hard when I stepped on the gas now my car makes these wierd noise when I accelerate but only on low speeds also makes a wierd noise when I put it on reverse could it be the spark plugs ?thank you for anyone that can help me
Also scrapping noise is a plastic piece I removed I’m talking about the wee noise more vids in comment
