Leakage post demo sign ups
I was wondering what the general experience is for the funnel from demo sign ups - to active power users.
a) Folks sign up for demos
b) Drop off after sign up - don't show up for the meeting and respond to the email.
c) Don't sign up for the free trial or paid version after the demo.
d) Don't really use the product - even after they sign up for the free trial
e) Don't ever move from free trial to paid version
And what you guys do to reduce the drop off in each stage - the tactics - do they really work.
