Publishing songs on Apple Music and iTunes

I wanted to ask if you publish your songs on these platforms? Since the music has been generated, what instrument do you choose in place of the "performer"? I publish via Distrokid, but so far I have always unchecked Apple and iTunes for peace of mind, I've recently been thinking about it and I still don't know what to do, because I think it would be a bit strange to enter my name as e.g. "guitar" since I don't play guitar in this song. What do you think?

Is there and option to hide display of residence country?

I'm from non-English speaking country but i make videos in English I want to reach this audience. I've dome some research yesterday and i found out that one of the biggest channel in my niche doesn't display country info. There is no information of that in description. I've tried to look for that option on my account, but i only can change it for another country. Maybe you know how to turn it off?

Did you have difficulties in gaining the appropriate audience because of your country of residence?

I've started about a month ago. My videos (music) are in english, but i don't live in English-speaking country. I picked my own country for country of residence, but everything is in English - songs, titles, seo, thumbnails. Is there anyone here who was in the same position? How long did that take to youtube find your appropriate audience and get more views than 5-30?

P.S.: I wrote lyrics and melodies since i was a teenage. I'm a singer, guitar and piano player, but stage fright before singing solo meant I had to give it up for the sake of my health. Using the tools available today, I was able to use my skills and create a cool project. Don't think I'm some slop artist, because I'm not. Each piece required a lot of work.
