i’ve tried turning my xbox on and off, redownloading the game, and messing with the sound settings but still no voice. it seems the background music still plays though. any suggestions?

i made this account specifically to ask about a movie i swear i remember watching when i was younger. it was animated, and the only part i remember is there being a woman or creature of some sort, forced to watch ballet, and there were these metal contraptions to hold her eyes open, and when she was released she was obsessed with ballet.. i might be getting some details wrong but does anyone know this movie?
