Careful when you shop from Savana. There’s a major scam being run.
So I never prepay my orders on any online shopping site, but there was a dress I didn’t like when I ordered from Savana the last time and I returned it but this shitty fucking website likes to take some of your refund money to its own wallet and processes the rest of it back to source by, say the time you’re half in the fucking grave.
Now I had to prepay because you can only use wallet money when you prepay. Lovely isn’t it? so I added a bunch of items, the total came down to about 2,600 that I had to prepay from my own money.
It was a “fast delivery” order. And was supposed to come in by 12th-15th June. I’ve been waiting for 3 days now, I didn’t receive a single call, neither on the number listed in my address, nor on the alternative number that I provided asw to the courier website just in case. It’s been raining pretty incessantly so I understood they may not have been able to deliver it. But these fucking scammers tell me delivery was “ATTEMPTED” 3 times but nobody received the order. So it will return back to origin.
What the fuck is going on? I want those items delivered. I don’t want to go through their shitty fucking refund process again where they’ll keep a sum of my money on their app and I have to prepay an order just for these scammers to steal my shit again. Somebody help me out man.
