Hello how are you? I want to know some experience with the gluten-free menu offered by the airline Iberia.

I know that the menu is not thought of in celiacs, since it is simply classified as gluten free but says nothing about being suitable for us. Anyway, I want to know if someone in here has tried it and how good or bad it is.
