Manifestation isn't magic — it's a 4-step mental process (breaking it down for the skeptics too)
I work with clients on manifestation and mindset, and I keep coming back to the same reframe: rather than treating it as magic, I break it into four steps — noticing your patterns, clearing out old emotional baggage, consciously reprogramming self-talk, then visualizing the outcome as if it's already happened.
I also use a 3-step gratitude technique — past, present, future — that's more specific than the usual "write 3 things you're grateful for."
I know this space gets a lot of skepticism, and fairly so — a lot of manifestation content is vague or unfalsifiable. Genuinely curious what people here think: has a structured version of this ever actually shifted something for you, or does it always end up feeling like the same vision-boarding advice repackaged?
Happy to explain any part of the framework in the comments.
