Regurgitation with food? Is this really common?
I went to the ER today hoping they would check my neck with an x-ray, but they didn't and said it's most likely my acid reflux. I ate a blueberry muffin this morning and was worried I didn't chew it all the way, since it feels like something is stuck on the left side of my throat. I can swallow liquids, but when I drink or eat something else, I can feel the blueberry muffin that I ate feels like it's coming up my throat, but the doctors don't seem too concern about it and just dismissed me and told me not to worry about it. Is feeling your food coming back up common in GERD? I've never experienced this symptom until now. I'm still feeling a bit stressed.
