Potential new inside info regarding the next big attraction to be added
(First time posting, long time lurker, and LONG TIME enjoyer of KI)
So we just finished up a trip to Kings Island and received some inside info from an employee as we were leaving the park. Apparently, they have just finished clearing the old Son of Beast station and allegedly, the plan is to put a new attraction between Bat and Banshee. We were told it was for “something big” and possibly another giga- but that’s probably more speculation than actual info. We were also told a revamp to the Action Zone is on the way, which seems very plausible considering how bland it is now.
I know this post probably reads more like baseless hype, but a revamp to the Action Zone + a new ride is well in the realm of possibility. There is a decent plot of land there between Banshee and Bat that has potential for a good ride, and people have been pointing out for years how desperate that section of the park is for a revamp.
Anyways that’s all from me, just wanted to share the info, as I did see some reports about activity near SOB that corroborated with what we were told.
