Vatuka Bhairav Jyanti Sadhana

Hi, I had some questions and needed clarification regarding the Vatuka Bhairava Jyanti Sadhana recently shared on Rajarshi Nandy's youtube channel.

I have been doing the Vatuka and Bhairava naama mantra everyday for the last 5-6 months and wanted to do the sadhana for the Jyanti.

If I understand correctly, I should first take a sankalpa stating my name and how many days and how many malas per day I intend to do of the Vatuka apadudharaka mantra. Then everyday I should do the following steps preferably at the same time and location.

  1. Offer panchatattva (kumkum, diya, agarbatti, food, and flowers. Please correct me if I am wrong on these, also what type of flowers should I offer?

  2. Sit down and chant the number of malas I mentioned in the sankalpa.

  3. Take a portion of the food offering and place it outside the home.

  4. Repeat for however many days I intend to do

I am not able to do a Homa so at the end I should feed children, especially boys. For this I plan to donate to a charity which feeds children. Is that okay as well?

Please share your thoughts if there is something that I need to change for this? Thank You

Should I buy now?

Hey, I am looking to buy a new construction and got pre qualified with an interest rate of 6.75%. It will take 3-4 months to construct so the rate might go up by then. At this rate and 20% down, my payments are going to stay the same. My rate right now is 3.45% but I pay $170 in mortgage insurance that I can't remove since it was an FHA loan.

My current home is 26 years old and it doesn't have any upgrades so it looks dated. I'm starting to see some maintenance pop up every few months, we have a buyer looking to buy as is without needing any updates and its a fair offer.

I am in Florence, SC and its looking like a buyers market. With the house condition it might be hard to find another buyer unless I spend 30-40k and remodel it.

My thought process is to buy even if the rates go up by closing. If the rates go down in the future then I can just refinance, if they go up then its good that I bought now.

Is there anything I am not taking into account or does it make sense to buy.

Hey, I'm trying to add a validation on the close position BP but it doesn't have the "maintain step conditions" option and after searching community it looks like that is not something which can be done.

Has anyone added a validation on the close position BP or know a workaround?

I want Workday to give an error on the following condition: If the sup org is X and the initiator is not part of X security group. Thanks!
