Lip lift - will the shape of my lips look bad?

I had a consult with a PS I want to proceed with and he confirmed that I would be a good candidate for a lip lift due to my long philtrum.
I’m worried that if my upper lip does get larger - which would be great - it’ll give me a “sneering” look or like I smelled something bad
Any thoughts or advice? I have no lip show when my mouth is relaxed as you can see in second pic

Lower bleph - fat repositioning

Has anyone had a lower bleph with fat repositioning that can tell me their outcome with or without pics?
My doctor (in Canada) does fat repositioning which I like and he said he’d supplement with fat grafting and I’m wondering about others outcomes
