I ordered an anime Blu Ray from MediaOCD, and its being sent/tracked via DoorDash. Is that normal? Its been 10 days and the tracking says there's been no progress.

Got short with a customer and they said they plan to report me to a manager, haven't been reported because my supervisor handled the customer. Im wondering what the chances are of this biting me in the ass or me getting written up or something? What should I expect?
