So I am not able to open task manager, can't see the desktop icons(only the names are visible) as for the taskbar icons the logo isn't visible instead there's a book like logo on every taskbar apps.

So today when I opened my laptop only the text is showing (not the app logo or icons )as for the task bar icons it's logo is visible and whenever I try to open task manager it doesn't open.
I don't know if it's appropriate place to ask but any help is appreciated.
And yes I have posted this exact things to other subreddit bcuz I am Lil bit lazy.
